About Course
An 8-Week Course in Nonviolent Communication, Conversational Consent & Relational Self-Leadership
Regulated Connection is not a course about finding the perfect words. It is a course about what has to happen before words can work: regulation, consent, clarity, responsibility, and choice. Over eight weeks, participants learn how to communicate without abandoning themselves, make requests without disguising demands, hold boundaries without trying to control another person, repair without chasing, and use relationships as information about what is actually available.
Eight modules • Self-paced
This is an educational course, not diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis care or professional licensure. Use fictional or low-intensity examples; personal disclosure and partner practice are optional. Keep identifying personal and family information out of shared work. Seek appropriate individualized professional support when needed.
Includes short lessons, practical exercises, 40 self-study questions, a printable workbook and a final applied project. Course access is by college approval.
